Senior Product Designer, BFF

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for key hirify.global BFF initiatives, from concept exploration and prototyping through interaction and visual design.
• Translate product goals and user insights into intuitive experiences that support healthy, equitable friendships.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and deliver solutions balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Apply systems thinking to create consistent, scalable designs and contribute to the evolution of shared design patterns and systems.
• Use AI-powered design and research tools for exploration, prototyping, and insight synthesis while applying human judgment to final decisions.
• Communicate design rationale, build alignment through storytelling and data, and champion inclusive design practices.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience, or an equivalent background demonstrating the required skills.
• Strong experience designing consumer-facing digital products and mobile-first experiences, supported by a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership.
• Deep skills in interaction design, visual design, and UX principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools across early concepts and production-ready designs.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers while taking ownership of design outcomes.
• Experience using AI tools in design workflows, research synthesis, or ideation, with an interest in responsible AI use.
