Founding Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for customer-facing experiences from first touch through long-term engagement.
• Translate complex research workflows into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
• Define and evolve the visual language, design system, and component library.
• Prototype ideas rapidly with Figma, AI tools, and other methods, then collaborate with product and engineering to ship them.
• Influence product direction and champion customer insight in product decisions.
• Build scalable design foundations, including systems, principles, and processes, while supporting brand moments across launches, merchandise, and social content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in startups or high-velocity teams.
• Strong visual taste, typography skills, and attention to detail.
• Expertise in Figma and experience building or maintaining design systems.
• Strong product sense and the ability to evaluate tradeoffs, value, and impact.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions.
• Bias toward action with a track record of shipping products, not only creating concepts.

• Experience experimenting with AI-driven tools and rapid prototyping approaches.
