What you will do

• Lead and implement strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings.
• Support strategic initiatives initiated by the Management Board as a sparring partner.
• Conduct independent, complex analysis and research.
• Develop new business fields with operational teams.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify relevant KPIs and derive concrete actions for business development.

Requirements

• Above-average university degree from a top university.
• 1–2 years of practical experience in strategy and business development at a leading consultancy, financial services firm, or industry company.
• Strong analytical skills and a distinctive understanding of numbers.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment and actively drive business impact.
• Quick perception and structured working methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace.
