What you will do

• Own complex consulting assignments and deliver digital transformation initiatives for clients.
• Work within client organisations or contribute to fixed-price projects in multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage client relationships and build trusted stakeholder partnerships.
• Apply project management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, or architectural design skills depending on the engagement.
• Support business development activities and develop managerial capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional consulting experience.
• Experience contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives for clients.
• Expertise in one or more areas such as IT Advisory, project management, business or functional analysis, Agile/Scrum, architectural design, ESG, or product management.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Strong client relationship, consulting, and business development skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, good working knowledge of the other national language, and fluent English are required.

Nice to have

• Industry knowledge in the public sector, financial services, or industry.
• Certifications such as Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, PSPO I, PSPO II, or Scrum.org.
