Strategy Intern

Location: On-site in Metzingen or Riederich, Germany

What you will do

• Own workstreams in strategic and mission-critical projects from conceptual analysis through execution.
• Structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations, and prepare decisions for C-Level stakeholders.
• Conduct market, competitive, and company analyses.
• Develop data models and strategic frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Strategy, Finance, Product & Tech, Sales & Marketing, and People & Culture.

Requirements

• Strong academic record in business, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Confident written and spoken communication in German and English.
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured, independent, results-driven approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility from day one.
• Discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Availability for a 3–6 month internship.

Nice to have

• International experience.
• Hands-on experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or a fast-growing startup.
• Interest in Physical AI, strategy, business development, and building a fast-growing technology company.
