Consultant, Consultative Analytics (AI)

What you will do

• Transform data into actionable insights that support business decision-making.
• Prepare recurring reports, ad hoc analyses, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.
• Communicate findings through written summaries, presentations, and visualizations, including recommended actions.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical approaches, hypotheses, metrics, and recommendations.
• Use AI, automation, reusable templates, and workflows to improve the speed and quality of analysis and reporting.
• Collect, verify, organize, and document data sources, business logic, assumptions, and reporting requirements with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or consulting.
• Advanced SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex aggregations.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or similar large-scale data platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts such as significance testing and sampling.
• Ability to work independently with ambiguous business questions, manage competing demands, interpret analytical output, and maintain strong attention to detail.

• Contact center or healthcare experience.
