TL;DR
Data Analytics Consultant (Python/R, SQL, BI): Delivering data-driven strategies, analytical solutions, dashboards, and insights for international clients with an accent on data preparation, statistical analysis, visualization, and stakeholder communication. Focus on building stable datasets, automating interactive reports, applying AI-related analytics, and translating complex findings into actionable business recommendations.
Location: Antwerp, Belgium; hybrid work combining office, remote, and client-based work

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to define business goals, gather requirements, and shape solution blueprints through workshops and mock-ups.
- Map, extract, clean, enrich, and validate data, including feature engineering, to establish stable datasets for analysis.
- Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized reports using data visualization tools.
- Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and support business users in leveraging data effectively.
- Contribute to data science and generative AI offerings, thought leadership, proposals, and client relationships.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a relevant industry role.
- Fluency in Dutch or French, and English.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, plus strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Interest in applying analytics and AI solutions to sustainability and business-impact challenges.
