Data Analytics Consultant

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands, with freedom to work from home, at client offices, or from hirify.global hubs in Amsterdam or Maastricht.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops and mock-ups to define business goals and solution blueprints.
• Map, extract, clean, enrich, and validate data, including feature engineering, to create stable analytical datasets.
• Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized reports using data visualization tools.
• Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations to generate actionable business insights.
• Present complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and support business users in applying data effectively.
• Contribute to data science and generative AI offerings, thought leadership, proposals, and client relationship development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a relevant industry role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R, plus proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; cloud knowledge in AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
