What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering ServiceNow enhancements and development projects.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance, stability, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, platform enhancements, or development projects.
• Experience developing API integrations and working with enterprise integration technologies.
• A third-level degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technology discipline.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
