Systems Support Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Liverpool City Centre, UK, on a hybrid basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, plus one in three Saturdays.

Salary: up to £30,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Provide systems and production support to business users across all lines of business.
• Maintain and distribute insurance products using bespoke software house toolsets.
• Reproduce system bugs, log them accurately, and coordinate with third-party system providers.
• Participate in UAT, application, and product testing, as well as continuous improvement activities.
• Work with compliance teams to maintain accurate and compliant system documentation.
• Define technical product solutions with management and collaborate with software house analysis, technical, and development teams.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication, communication, consultancy, and customer service skills.
• Experience or exposure to analysis, design, and software house toolsets such as Product Builder/Writing Tools, rating engines, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work closely with colleagues, stakeholders, compliance teams, and external system providers.
• Applicants must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
