What you will do

• Conduct market research and promote the standardization, configurability, and productization of supply chain business systems.
• Shorten project onboarding cycles and improve system adaptability to business and market changes.
• Design system solutions for mid-tier customer segments and prepare industry-specific system capability documentation.
• Coordinate product and R&D resources to support implementation and delivery.
• Develop and coordinate UAT test cases and plans, organize testing, and produce UAT reports.

Requirements

• Experience with supply chain or logistics business systems and solution delivery.
• Ability to translate customer and market needs into configurable, productized system capabilities.
• Experience coordinating product, R&D, implementation, or testing resources.
• Ability to organize UAT activities and document test results.
