Operational Excellence Manager

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with three days in the office and two days at home. Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across sites is required.

What you will do

• Own and deliver a 3–6 month continuous improvement roadmap for fulfillment center operations.
• Lead the adoption of operational standards and best practices through coaching and stakeholder influence.
• Coordinate initiatives with group and local operations teams and share knowledge across sites.
• Identify bottlenecks, analyze performance metrics, determine root causes, and standardize sustainable fixes.
• Support innovation roadmaps, business cases, process design, and group project rollouts.
• Document processes using value-stream maps, process maps, and change documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of operational experience with ownership of projects or programs.
• Experience in the last-mile domain, e-commerce, grocery, just-in-time, or same-day delivery.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Access.
• Project management experience and willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across sites.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma or project management certification.
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or statistical software.
