Senior Data Analyst (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France, with 3 days per week in the office; remote Fridays.

What you will do

• Design, build, and monitor data models and dashboards for business metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and apply statistical models.
• Support user acquisition and monetization through campaign LTV prediction, offer optimization, and time-series forecasting.
• Document analytical results and provide onboarding and continuous training on data and insights.
• Establish data quality processes to improve the reliability and accuracy of machine learning models.
• Promote data literacy and collaborate with the central data team to source data and improve data management.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong SQL and/or Python skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format with 3 days per week in the Paris office.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming industry or mobile marketing.
• Personal or professional experience with machine learning.
• Experience with DBT and AWS.
