Game Data Analyst (Gaming)

Location: Paris, France; on-site with remote work on Fridays

What you will do

• Own the A/B testing cycle for games and game parameters, from experiment design through result analysis.
• Analyze and calibrate difficulty, scoring, completion rates, seed selection, matchmaking fairness, and payout structures.
• Build simulations and prototypes to test game parameter and economy changes before release.
• Monitor shipped changes and evaluate their impact on engagement, RTP, rake, fairness, retention, and other core KPIs.
• Translate analyses into recommendations for game designers and product managers.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Gaming and Data teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytical roles, preferably in gaming or a data-intensive product environment.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and statistical methods.
• Experience with simulation and modeling for game parameters, difficulty, and game economy outcomes.
• Ability to work directly with product and design teams in a fast-paced, rapidly iterating environment.
• Curiosity about games, player behavior, and game balance.
