Experienced Data Analyst (Ad Tech)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with remote Fridays

hirify.global creates mobile games and apps and operates an ad network focused on mobile advertising, monetisation, and first-party data.

What you will do

• Work on end-to-end data projects improving ad delivery quality, reducing ad-load and rendering failures, and maintaining data quality.
• Monitor SDK diagnostic events and build alerting, anomaly detection, and root-cause analyses.
• Build data collection and transformation pipelines and actionable dashboards.
• Analyze billions of events from mobile game players and the ad network to investigate ad-quality regressions, attribution discrepancies, and SDK rollouts.
• Design solutions from scratch, create proofs of concept, iterate quickly, and deploy to production.
• Use Python and statistics to support A/B tests on ad-experience changes.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in analytical roles, ideally in web, mobile, technology, or ad tech.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building production-ready pipelines for large and complex datasets.
• Solid experience with ETL development and DBT.
• Practical experience with Tableau or another standard dashboard platform.
• BA/B.Sc degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and ability to balance rapid delivery with development quality.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models.
• Development experience, particularly with Python.
• Experience with Athena or Spark.
