Migration Support Coordinator (Technology Migration)

What you will do

• Guide clients through the migration from the current Pure Portal to the New Pure Portal.
• Identify, understand, and document technical and functional migration issues.
• Communicate project progress, decisions, and next steps to clients and migration colleagues.
• Coordinate activities and work with software developers to investigate and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate client and project documentation.
• Identify recurring challenges and opportunities to improve the migration process.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English; Danish is not required.
• Experience in client communication, customer service, technical support, software implementation, technology migration, or a similar area is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and explain technical information clearly.
• Structured approach, attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred; candidates at earlier career stages are welcome.
