What you will do

• Lead and develop the Clinical & Diagnostics Division Project Management Office, including capability building, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Own portfolio planning and governance, including roadmap planning, investment prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio trade-off decisions.
• Oversee execution of new product introductions and strategic business initiatives through project and program management, governance, and risk management.
• Establish standardized project management tools, methods, processes, and best practices across the division.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to align priorities, optimize resources, and resolve execution challenges.
• Advise division leadership through portfolio insights, strategic planning support, and organizational change leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management leading large-scale, complex projects or portfolios with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Leadership experience managing project, program, portfolio, or PMO organizations in complex, matrixed environments.
• Deep expertise in portfolio, program, and project management methodologies; PMP certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving alignment across functions.
• Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, technology, or a related field required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in regulated healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or related industries.
• PMP certification or equivalent credentials.
