Technician Support - Rental Services (HVAC)

Location: Aurora, Colorado, United States. Work involves customer locations and collaboration with colleagues in the office; overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Hourly base pay: $21.55–$29.32 per hour.

What you will do

• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to plan on-site installations and repairs.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and maintain customer satisfaction on assigned projects.
• Commission, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and start up commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Use technical software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to complete repairs.
• Maintain flexibility for overtime, weekend work, and occasional overnight stays.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain accurate records for company assets and equipment condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or completion certificate from an accredited technical school.
• Typically 0–2 years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous three years.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing commercial HVAC service role and follow strict safety requirements.

Nice to have

• EPA certification, such as HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, or Gas Installer certification.
