Maintenance Technician

Location: North of Atlanta, Georgia, including Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Roswell; daily travel to local properties. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

Salary: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, licensure level, and location.

What you will do

• Perform routine and emergency HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Prepare vacant rental units for new move-ins.
• Conduct move-in, move-out, and property onboarding inspections.
• Audit work completed by external maintenance vendors.
• Manage service tasks through mobile applications and post legal notices.
• Travel between local properties and perform indoor and outdoor field work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and climbing.

Requirements

• HVAC Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and use mobile apps for work orders and communication.
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• High school diploma or GED; employment is contingent on a background check.
