What you will do

• Develop revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects.
• Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of hirify.global products.
• Provide technical support to prospective and existing customers before and after sales.
• Analyze the carrier-market segment and provide recommendations for product roadmaps.
• Investigate customer-reported issues and coordinate resolutions with product development teams.
• Maintain a high level of customer service across email, telephone, and other interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of computer networking principles, including firewalls, network protocols, and subnetting.
• Knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile platforms.
• Vertical market expertise within the carrier market.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workload within service standards and agreed objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile device management, enterprise mobility, BYOD, or SaaS.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, certificates, and CRM solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, containerization, or virtualization.
