Client Operations & Solutions Specialist

Location: On-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Evening shift: 17:00–01:00 from March to November and 18:00–02:00 from November to March, Almaty time.

Salary: $500–$2,000 net per month, plus performance bonuses.

Provides tailored outsourcing and operational services to U.S.-based businesses in e-commerce, healthcare, insurance, creative media, and technology.

What you will do

• Manage data entry and administrative tasks accurately.
• Communicate with clients through apps, email, and phone.
• Support smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Learn and use new online tools efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluent English at C1 level, spoken and written.
• Comfortable using MS Excel and online tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and proactive.
• Strong business communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site during the evening shift in Almaty.
• No prior experience required.

Nice to have

• Interest in developing toward medical billing, insurance claims adjustment, data analytics, virtual executive support, or Amazon PPC.
