Head of Labour Procurement (External Workforce Services): Building and leading a Group-wide procurement strategy for staffing and outsourced workforce services across five European markets with an accent on tenders, executive negotiations, cost governance, and supplier performance. Focus on creating a new procurement function, introducing AI-supported sourcing and contract processes, and managing labour cost and regulatory complexity across CEE and DACH.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home

What you will do
- Own and execute the Group-wide procurement strategy for external workforce services across the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Romania.
- Build the new Group Labour Procurement function, including commercial governance, category strategy, and scalable processes.
- Run high-value tenders and negotiate labour and service contracts with staffing and workforce providers at executive level.
- Establish cost transparency through provider and site benchmarking, spend baselines, and measurable savings programmes.
- Implement supplier performance management through service levels, quality measures, contract delivery, and scorecard reviews.
- Embed AI, digital procurement tools, analytics, and contract management systems across sourcing and supplier management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8–10+ years of experience in senior procurement, workforce/staffing, or category management roles, ideally involving agency labour, temporary staffing, or outsourced services.
- Experience running large tenders and negotiating labour or service contracts at executive level.
- Working knowledge of temporary agency work legislation and labour cost mechanics across CEE and DACH regulatory environments.
- Strong commercial, analytical, stakeholder management, and function-building skills.
- English at C1+ level is required; Czech or Slovak is an advantage.
