What you will do

• Manage several projects across the full lifecycle, from initial research and planning through completion.
• Turn project ideas into actionable plans and coordinate strategic execution.
• Track progress, establish deadlines, and keep initiatives on schedule.
• Coordinate communication between teams and department heads.
• Identify obstacles, develop solutions, and take decisive action to maintain momentum.
• Deliver projects that meet requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in project management or customer service focused on problem-solving.
• Proficiency with contemporary web tools such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs.
• Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive, pragmatic, hands-on approach to challenges.
