Junior Project Manager

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; office, remote, or hybrid format available

What you will do

• Maintain accurate and relevant data on the status and progress of development projects.
• Ensure completed work is logged correctly so historical timelines and project scope remain reliable.
• Build and maintain short-term two-week and mid-term two-month plans for development teams.
• Align day-to-day team operations with long-term company plans and commitments.
• Identify and proactively resolve discrepancies between actual work and planning-system data.
• Contribute to prioritization decisions and help teams focus on tasks with the greatest business impact.

Requirements

• At least six months of relevant Project Manager experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work with large volumes of diverse data.
• Ability to structure unorganized information into clear plans and timelines.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management systems, or readiness to learn quickly.
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach.
• Upper-intermediate English, B2, and willingness to understand technical processes and development terminology.

Nice to have

• Courses or education in analytics, project management, or IT.
• Experience in QA, development, or related technical roles.
• Familiarity with roadmap tools or Jira Product Discovery.
