Field Human Resources Director

Location: Remote work from the United States; conditions list Dallas, TX. Ability to travel up to 30%.

Salary: $86,500–$290,238 annually.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business-unit goals.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and employee lifecycle planning.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence covering compensation, benefits, recruiting, and development.
• Oversee collective bargaining negotiations and interpret company policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists.
• Handle escalated employee relations matters, investigations, legal-risk reduction, and regulatory compliance in partnership with Legal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar HR or labor-relations role.
• Experience managing teams and multiple projects across functional boundaries.
• Strong conflict-resolution, influencing, judgment, coaching, consulting, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• Strategic problem-solving approach, business acumen, and change-management experience.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel up to 30%.
