Country HR US Business Integrator (Human Resources)

Location: United States; hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office

Salary: USD 105,500–213,500 annual base salary in California; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Serve as a senior Country HR point of contact for U.S. business and country HR matters.
• Integrate leaders, Business HR, Country HR, and Centers of Excellence to resolve complex people matters.
• Advise HRBPs and leaders on workforce transformation, reorganizations, workforce actions, and business integration.
• Support change management planning, stakeholder readiness, communications alignment, and escalation management.
• Consult on complex employee relations matters and coordinate actions related to policies, compliance, investigations, and sanctions.
• Coordinate U.S. people programs with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Mobility, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Typically 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience advising leaders and HR Business Partners on employee relations, workforce transformation, organizational change, or business-facing HR matters.
• Experience working in a matrixed global organization and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of HR programs, U.S. employment practices, and country-specific HR execution requirements.
• Advanced consulting, stakeholder management, influencing, communication, analytical, and program management skills.
