Recruiter with Turkish and German

Location: Berlin, Germany

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders, clarify position requirements, and provide market insights and search recommendations.
• Source candidates through applicant tracking systems, resume databases, search engines, networking platforms, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Engage candidates across phone, email, and social media, communicate the client value proposition, and provide interview preparation and status updates.
• Assess candidates using phone interviews, skills tests, background checks, and reference information when required.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, compensation recommendations, negotiations, and candidate acceptance.
• Maintain talent pipelines, provide recruitment reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend solutions for challenging searches.

Requirements

• German and Turkish language skills are required.
• At least two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and social media sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
