What you will do
- Lead recruitment strategies for assigned business units and manage workforce planning alignment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, management, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Develop talent mapping, active sourcing, candidate engagement, and sustainable talent pipelines.
- Partner with leadership, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers on role definition, market mapping, salary benchmarking, and candidate insights.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, applications, and Applicant Tracking System documentation.
- Track recruitment KPIs, mentor junior recruiters, and drive process optimization, employer branding, and recruiting campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience in end-to-end recruitment within fast-paced premium or luxury consumer goods environments.
- Expertise in active sourcing, candidate engagement, interview techniques, and Applicant Tracking Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience recruiting for specialist, management, and hard-to-fill roles while managing multiple vacancies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and German.
- Understanding of German labor law and recruitment compliance, with experience using recruiting KPIs and a data-driven approach.
