(Senior) Specialist Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Lead recruitment strategies for assigned business units and align hiring with business objectives and long-term workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, management, and critical business roles, including sourcing, interviews, coordination, candidate communication, and application tracking.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies through talent mapping, active sourcing, candidate engagement, and sustainable pipeline building.
• Partner with leadership, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers on role requirements, market mapping, salary benchmarking, and candidate market insights.
• Track hiring progress, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and other talent acquisition KPIs for management reporting.
• Mentor junior recruiters and drive continuous improvement in process optimization, employer branding, and recruiting campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience in end-to-end recruitment within fast-paced consumer goods environments for premium or luxury brands.
• Deep expertise in active sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview techniques, with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong experience recruiting for specialist, management, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills in both English and German.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Solid understanding of German labor law and recruitment compliance, with a data-driven mindset and experience working with recruiting KPIs.
• Strong business partnering skills, including the ability to influence hiring decisions and challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
