What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hirify.global X vacancies, including interns, Forward Deployed AI Scientists, Forward Deployed AI Engineers, and X Delivery roles.
• Lead campus recruiting activities, organize events, screen applications, and coordinate recruitment campaigns and employer-branding initiatives.
• Source active and passive candidates through direct channels, job postings, social media, talent mapping, vendors, and networking.
• Guide candidates through interviews and offers, prepare competency-based assessments, and provide recommendations to hiring panels.
• Coordinate the internship program from recruitment through performance reviews and build pipelines for current and future roles.
• Track and report candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system while supporting regional projects and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with high academic achievement.
• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant full-time recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience or strong interest in campus recruiting and event management.
• Ability to work effectively with HR, Staffing, Consulting, and other recruitment stakeholders in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, candidate pipeline management, and recruitment operations.
• Fluent German and English are required.
