What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for various roles including interns, AI scientists, and delivery specialists.
• Lead campus recruiting activities, including event planning, content execution, and application screening.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent mapping.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, providing competency-based assessments and recommendations to hiring panels.
• Coordinate the internship program and manage performance review processes.
• Support regional projects and contribute to operational effectiveness and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with high academic achievement.
• 2-3 years of relevant full-time experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
• Strong interest and experience in campus recruiting and event management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and coordination skills.
