TL;DR
Product Manager (Intelligence Analysis): Shaping product strategy, roadmaps, and software capabilities for intelligence analysis solutions with an accent on customer use cases, market opportunities, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on prioritizing backlogs, validating product concepts, supporting go-to-market activities, and translating customer requirements into actionable product plans.
Location: Remote within the UK, with monthly attendance required at the i2 Group offices in Cambridge

What you will do
- Define, refine, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Own product capabilities and initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption.
- Manage product backlogs, define requirements, and prioritize work with development and design teams.
- Engage customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate concepts, understand operational challenges, and gather feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify relevant trends, opportunities, and technologies.
- Support product launches, positioning, demonstrations, presentations, industry events, and customer workshops.
Requirements
- Experience in software product management, product ownership, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile development practices, and backlog prioritization.
- Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into actionable product plans.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel as required for customers, partners, and business activities.
Nice to have
- Experience in public safety, national security, defense, corporate security, or intelligence-related markets.
- Knowledge of i2 products or comparable intelligence analysis software.
- Experience with data integration, analytics, or investigative technologies.
- Commercial or partner management experience.
- Spanish language skills for customer and partner engagement in Spanish-speaking markets.
