What you will do

• Advise HR and business stakeholders on employment law throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Draft, review and update employment contracts, amendments, policies, standard letters and other employment-related documents.
• Support HR processes, organizational changes and cross-functional projects with practical, business-oriented employment law solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders and external legal counsel, including on works council matters and collective employment law topics.
• Research legislation and case law, assess business impact, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver employment law training and workshops, coordinate court hearings, and represent hirify.global in court.

Requirements

• Successfully completed First and Second State Examination in Law. Support is provided for admission to the bar as an in-house lawyer.
• Strong interest and solid knowledge in German individual and collective employment law, demonstrated through university specialization, internship, legal clerkship placement or professional experience.
• Willingness to work on employment law matters across different jurisdictions.
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English skills.
• Independent, structured and diligent working style.
• Ability to present complex legal matters clearly, concisely and in a practical, business-oriented manner.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
