What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS contracts, partnership agreements, and related commercial deals.
• Act as the primary legal point of contact for the commercial team and key external stakeholders.
• Ensure agreements comply with regulatory, corporate, and internal policy requirements.
• Develop standardized contract templates, playbooks, and workflows to streamline future deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, tech, and operations to support smooth contract implementation.
• Provide actionable legal guidance that balances speed with legal precision and risk management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a corporate lawyer or legal counsel handling enterprise contracts, SaaS agreements, and partnership deals.
• Experience working in fast-paced startups or growth companies.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and own the end-to-end contract process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and high-velocity environments.
