What you will do

• Own end-to-end claim cases, including execution, monitoring, reporting, and follow-up.
• Manage complex, high-impact claims involving both customers and suppliers.
• Lead negotiations for high-exposure and financially relevant claims to minimize losses.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Legal, and external insurers.
• Act as a senior advisor to C-level management for strategic claim-related decisions.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of global claim management processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Several years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Liability Law, Contract Law, Product Compliance, and Conformity of Product.
• Fluency in English and Italian required; German is a plus.
• Experience working in international companies and managing global business relationships.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
