Senior Claim Manager (E-mobility)

What you will do

• Own claim cases end to end, including execution, monitoring, reporting, documentation, and follow-up.
• Manage multiple critical claims involving customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with R&D, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Legal, customers, suppliers, external lawyers, and insurance companies.
• Lead negotiations and take responsibility for outcomes on high-exposure and financially relevant claims.
• Define negotiation strategies, manage deadlines and escalations, and control claim-related risks.
• Advise senior management and C-level stakeholders while helping develop and standardize global claim management processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field, combined with solid technical understanding.
• Several years of experience in a comparable role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of liability law, contract law, product compliance, and product conformity.
• Experience with international companies and global business relationships.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
