What you will do

• Lead characterization and verification activities for SiC Schottky diodes, SiC MOSFETs, Si MOSFETs, IGBTs, and other power semiconductor devices.
• Develop test specifications and verification plans with design leaders and product definers.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test setups and electrical measurement systems.
• Analyze measurement results and prepare technical reports for datasheets and internal design documentation.
• Conduct design verification reviews against IEC, JEDEC, and other international standards.
• Standardize laboratory procedures globally, implement measurement best practices, and troubleshoot test failures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor device characterization or a related field.
• Expertise in electrical characterization of Si, SiC, and GaN power semiconductor technologies.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, parameter analyzers, PXI systems, statistical data analysis, and measurement system evaluation.
• Understanding of measurement circuit design, high-speed switching, thermal characterization, Rth/Zth analysis, IEC 60747, and JEDEC standards.
• Experience with automated test development, PCB design, test fixture development, and programming in Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, C, C++, or C#.
