Senior Director, Product Management & Patient Experience (Digital Health)

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 base per year

What you will do

• Own and continuously optimize patient and customer journeys across B2B referral and B2C direct-access channels.
• Design referral management systems for hospitals, health systems, urgent care, telehealth, provider networks, and digital acquisition channels.
• Develop referral, onboarding, outreach, scheduling, intake, engagement, and closed-loop feedback workflows.
• Own CRM ecosystem design, including pipeline architecture, automation, workflows, reporting, and stakeholder adoption.
• Lead CRM, EHR, telehealth, insurance eligibility, referral portal, and adjacent technology integration strategies.
• Define KPIs and data frameworks to improve referral conversion, patient engagement, operational efficiency, and continuity of care.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in product design, product management, digital health innovation, or a related discipline.
• At least 4–5 years at Director or Senior Director level in healthcare, behavioral health, digital health, or a comparable environment.
• Experience designing end-to-end healthcare journeys across B2B referral and B2C direct-access models.
• Hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise and working knowledge of eClinicalWorks or an equivalent EHR platform.
• Experience scaling referral management systems and integrating healthcare delivery settings, including telehealth and urgent care.
• Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, health informatics, computer science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in pediatric health, behavioral health, mental health, or multi-channel referral and telehealth models.
• Experience in a high-growth digital health organization.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, telehealth advertising requirements, Stark Law, anti-kickback frameworks, and healthcare referral governance.
• Experience with HubSpot integrations to eClinicalWorks, Epic, Athena, or comparable platforms.
• Background in patient experience, UX research, service design, SEO/SEM, paid acquisition, or consumer healthcare marketing.
