Sales Account Officer

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of a busy sales team.
• Prepare administrative documents for the extension of consultants' sales contracts in collaboration with account managers.
• Coordinate with IT consultants to keep extension-related documentation up to date.
• Prepare supporting paperwork, including CV updates and related documentation.
• Respond to general client queries and support communications with consultants on service-related matters.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent command of English required.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous, well-organized working style.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Initiative, ability to work to deadlines, and comfort in a fast-paced sales environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with European Institutions.
• French language skills.
