Traveling Crew Lead Foreman Industrial Services (Industrial Services)

Location: Ohio, United States; travel to various work sites required, with up to 100% travel and periods away from home of up to five months

Salary: $14.90–$34.62 per hour

What you will do

• Transport and manage an assigned crew of up to eight employees.
• Coordinate travel between branch locations, job sites, hotels, and daily activities.
• Monitor attendance, PPE, badges, schedules, instructions, and team progress.
• Serve as the point of contact for branch management throughout each assignment.
• Complete paperwork and maintain crew timesheets for payroll review.
• Maintain the company van and ensure it remains clean and operational.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Supervisory, lead, or management experience preferred.
• English proficiency sufficient to understand safety training and respond to emergency instructions.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with the company driving policy.
• Federal Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required.
• Availability for 100% travel and extended periods away from home; ability to drive for long periods.
