What you will do

• Manage and monitor assigned mortgage broker portfolios across multiple channels.
• Build strong relationships with brokers and provide responsive service.
• Develop expertise in lending products, policies, and loan structuring.
• Discuss loan scenarios and structures with mortgage brokers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the broker network.
• Increase broker utilisation through engagement, education, and persistent follow-up.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistence and determination when engaging brokers and driving activation.
• Proactive, positive, and solution-focused approach.
• Problem-solving, collaboration, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work in a high-performing team.
