What you will do

• Manage pre-qualified customer appointments and build long-term client relationships.
• Guide customers from the first conversation through loan settlement.
• Coordinate custom marketing initiatives with the in-house marketing team to increase lead flow.
• Use Aussie’s technology platform, automation, compliance tools, and AI features to simplify workflows and improve conversion.
• Connect clients with buyer’s agents, conveyancing, insurance, and other services across the property ecosystem.

Requirements

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain it before starting.
• Sales, broking, or customer service experience.
• Motivation to grow a high-performing, flexible business.
• Passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights required.
