What you will do
- Manage walk-in customers, online leads, and in-store appointments.
- Guide customers through the home loan journey from property search to settlement and beyond.
- Submit mortgage deals to the in-house processing team.
- Contribute to local area marketing initiatives and help grow the retail store.
- Build ongoing customer relationships and generate referrals for buyer’s agents and conveyancing services.
Requirements
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain it before starting.
- Background in sales or customer service.
- Drive and determination to contribute to retail store growth.
- Passion for helping customers achieve homeownership.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights required.
