MTEFC Relationship Manager (Equipment Finance)

Salary: $107,500–$179,100 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Manage existing MTEFC business relationships and communicate with customers to meet their financing needs.
• Solicit existing customers to originate new financing opportunities, including opportunities connected to publicly funded projects.
• Assess customers’ experience, financial condition, collateral, and financing requirements.
• Use industry, customer, supplier, vendor, and public-data intelligence to support business development and identify potential delinquencies.
• Support sales training through meetings, conference calls, trade shows, and one-on-one calls.
• Represent MTEFC in the marketplace while maintaining risk, regulatory, audit, and internal-control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of 11 years of higher education and/or work experience including at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow company risk, regulatory, policy, control, and audit requirements.

Nice to have

• Prior credit underwriting experience.
