HR Shared Services Intern

Location: Onsite in Wuxi, China. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Support employee onboarding, orientation, document collection, and new-hire administration.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files, including HR data validation.
• Support HR system transactions and employee lifecycle processes such as job changes and offboarding.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, trackers, and operational metrics.
• Assist with compliance, audit documentation, knowledge management, and process documentation.
• Participate in HR digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects with regional HR teams across Asia.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork, and a strong customer service mindset.
• Interest in HR operations, digital transformation, AI, and process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or administrative work.
• Participation in campus projects, student organizations, or internships.
• Familiarity with HR systems, AI tools, or automation technologies.
