Site HR Officer

Location: Shenzhen, supporting the Hong Kong site

What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for the Shenzhen and Hong Kong sites.
• Serve as the main contact for site-level HR matters and partner with local managers to improve employee engagement and site climate.
• Organize employee engagement activities with the Staff Club, including Family Day, Earth Day, birthday parties, and annual parties.
• Prepare monthly updates on social benefits, housing funds, and local government policy changes.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, IT, Finance, and other functions on office operations and management.
• Support annual audits, payroll data corrections, Hong Kong employer tax returns, and pension-fund management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a multinational company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or business functions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and independent working skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• High integrity, self-motivation, adaptability, and learning agility.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Hong Kong labor law.
