What you will do
- Analyze HR business needs and optimize processes covering social insurance, housing funds, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and related procedures.
- Develop standardized operating procedures and support the transition from localized HR delivery to centralized shared services.
- Operate the Shared Service Center delivery function, coordinate service delivery, manage billing, and provide policy consultations.
- Monitor HR data, including social insurance and housing fund information, to support management decisions and HR strategy optimization.
- Drive HR system development, assess requirements, monitor implementation, and optimize system functionality.
- Build the HR service team and coordinate with internal departments, third-party providers, embassies, and immigration authorities on visas and international assignments.
Requirements
- Experience in HR operations, shared services, process optimization, or HR service delivery.
- Ability to analyze HR data and improve service quality, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Experience assessing business requirements and supporting HR system development or digital transformation.
- Ability to manage teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Ability to work onsite in Fontana, California, United States.
