Senior Construction Project Manager (HVAC)

Location: Fenton, Missouri / St. Louis, Missouri; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays

Annual base salary: $97,406.66–$156,200.00

What you will do

• Manage multi-million-dollar construction, energy services, and HVAC controls project portfolios from development through completion.
• Support sales through quote preparation, project development, proposals, scope validation, and customer expectation setting.
• Manage change orders, pricing, project financials, forecasts, cash flow, collections support, and monthly backlog reviews.
• Build and maintain project schedules covering dependencies, milestones, critical paths, resources, and future constraints.
• Select and manage subcontractors, including RFQs, awards, execution, billing expectations, safety, and progress communications.
• Lead project teams and stakeholder communications while managing customer satisfaction, documentation, compliance, safety, and governing-agency requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of construction energy project development, construction systems, and related technologies.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, organizational, influencing, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or construction project management, or 7+ years of experience.
• Experience with project scheduling and construction project management software.
• Ability to obtain a general contracting license is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday in the Fenton/St. Louis, Missouri area.
