Senior Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

Location: Dallas, TX, US; hybrid

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 per year, depending on skills, education, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead onsite project activities, assess progress, and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and partners on snagging activities, schedules, and engagement.
• Identify project issues proactively and coordinate effective resolutions.
• Implement and monitor project processes, procedures, and revisions with the client.
• Lead progress meetings, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to project partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing data center projects.
• Proficient MEP knowledge.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and verbal and written communication skills.
