Data Center Senior Scheduler, ANS

Location: Nationwide, United States; hybrid work combining remote work, client-site work, and work from an hirify.global office or center.

What you will do

• Create and manage detailed project schedules for data center construction from design through closeout.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, allocate resources, and identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track progress against baseline schedules and prepare earned value, milestone, and variance analyses.
• Identify schedule risks, assess impacts, and develop mitigation, what-if, and recovery schedules.
• Coordinate project managers, engineers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers around schedule updates.
• Maintain schedule records, compare planned and actual timelines, and analyze lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in data center or mission-critical construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling platforms.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, workflows, dependencies, and MEP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing complex schedules for large-scale projects aligned with owner objectives.
• Knowledge of PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines.
