Equipment Operator I (Industrial Cleaning)

Location: Onsite at a customer location in Ashland, Kentucky

Salary: $14.90–$34.62 per hour

What you will do

• Operate centrifuges, belt presses, filter presses, pumps, vacuum trucks, cutting equipment, and specialized hydroblasting or chemical-cleaning equipment.
• Represent company and customer safety policies during field operations, including emergency-response procedures.
• Supervise and complete single-task jobs requiring one crew and support turnarounds under management oversight.
• Inspect cleaned surfaces for compliance with customer and company specifications.
• Perform routine and general field maintenance, including loading and unloading hoses.
• Transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• English proficiency sufficient to understand safety training and respond to emergency instructions.
• Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) required.
• Valid driver's license and knowledge of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.
• Smartphone required for the Electronic Logging Device.
• Ability to wear required protective equipment, lift 50 pounds, and work around chemicals, fumes, exhaust, dust, and highly pressurized fluids.
