Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, USA; onsite, 8-hour day shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Salary: $41.28–$45.20 per hour; $2,000 sign-on bonus payable after four months of successful employment

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain catalyst production equipment and related industrial systems.
• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and line stoppages using root-cause analysis.
• Complete electrical and mechanical repairs involving wiring, PLCs, motors, pumps, heating elements, instruments, and gauges.
• Remove, replace, rewire, realign, and reassemble equipment components.
• Manage work orders and spare-parts inventory using CMMS/SAP while communicating with managers, engineers, and operators.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus trade school or technical college education.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience; food or chemical manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, or similar maintenance software.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, pneumatic systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment using manuals, schematics, and technical resources.
• Maintain certifications and safe work practices for Confined Space Entry, Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work, and Forklift operations.
