Maintenance Technician IV (Dayshift)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, USA; onsite manufacturing role. The schedule starts at 8 hours, Monday–Friday during the project, then transitions to a 12-hour 2/2/3 schedule. Overtime may be required, including emergency overtime with limited notice.

Salary: $28.50–$46.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections, rebuilds, line turnarounds, and equipment changeovers.
• Troubleshoot electronic, environmental monitoring, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment using testing and measuring tools.
• Install new equipment and support equipment upgrades, projects, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor equipment performance, complete work orders, and maintain batch records and GMP documentation.
• Train Production Operators on equipment setup, adjustments, and minor repairs.
• Maintain organized, clean, safe, and compliant operating areas, including 5S, housekeeping, MRO, and inventory activities.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining and supporting equipment performance in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English and follow technical instructions.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, and maintenance materials.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems such as Maximo or SAP.
• Ability to maintain required aseptic processing and gowning certifications for assigned areas.
• Sponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, associate degree in engineering, or equivalent mechanical trade training.
• Experience with automated equipment and training in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and electrical or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP, KRONOS, MRP systems, OEE, TPM, LEAN, or other continuous improvement systems.
